Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your benefits and your points stay active until the end of the period you have already paid. At that exact time, remaining points become unavailable and your account returns to Free Member.
VIP and Founder renew automatically, monthly or yearly, on the card you use at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never store card details. You can update your card at any time from your account.
Nothing changes for exactly 7 days (168 hours) from the failed payment: all your benefits stay active. If the payment succeeds during that time, your membership continues. If it is still unpaid at the end of the 7 days, the membership ends and remaining points become unavailable.
They stay. Upgrading from VIP to Founder keeps every valid point. A downgrade from Founder to VIP takes effect at your next renewal date, and your points are kept as well. If the first VIP payment fails on that date, VIP benefits apply for 7 days while we retry; update your card in your account to complete the switch. Points are only made unavailable when a paid membership actually ends and your account returns to Free Member.
Each batch of points expires exactly one year after it was credited — not at the end of the calendar year. Your account shows the exact expiry date of each batch.
No. Points and coupons cannot be used on the same order. Points cover product value only, never shipping.
No. The membership price never earns purchase points. Founder members receive a fixed bonus instead: 2,500 points after each monthly payment, or 35,000 points at yearly activation (with no monthly bonus during that year).
