This page sets out how orders placed on this site are dispatched and delivered. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
We ship to ten countries: the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands and Australia. Orders placed from any other country cannot be completed at checkout.
A flat rate of $70 applies to every destination. Shipping is free on orders of $200 or more, and the flat rate is then removed automatically — there is nothing to enter and no code to apply.
Orders are prepared and dispatched within one business day. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday leave on the next business day.
A tracking number is sent by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. Delivery typically takes 7 to 10 business days, depending on the destination and on customs clearance, which are outside our control once the parcel has left.
For destinations outside the United States, any customs duty, import VAT or handling fee is payable by the buyer and is not included in the price or the shipping cost. Buyers are responsible for checking that these products may lawfully be imported into their country for laboratory use.
Check the parcel on delivery. Any broken vial, broken seal, missing or incorrect item must be reported within 7 days, with photographs, to contact@purepeptide.care. Storage conditions for each compound are stated on its product page; responsibility for storage passes to the buyer on delivery.
All products are supplied for laboratory research use only. They are not medicinal products, not for human or animal consumption, and not for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
