Card payments are handled directly by our payment provider. At no point do we collect, see or store your card number: that data passes only through the provider’s PCI-DSS certified infrastructure.
If you join a paid membership, our payment provider (Stripe) manages the recurring billing. We keep the subscription status, its dates and Stripe’s customer and subscription identifiers, never your card details. Your points history is kept in our systems as a loyalty ledger and is visible in your account.
Your data is accessible to our internal order and support teams, and to our processors: site host, payment provider (Stripe), carriers, email service (Resend), audience measurement (Google Analytics, Google LLC) and advertising measurement (Meta pixel, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd). Audience and advertising measurement only run after you accept cookies. We neither sell nor rent your data to third parties.
Some of our processors (Automattic, Stripe, Resend, Google, Meta) process data in the United States or outside the European Union. These transfers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards. You may request a copy of the relevant safeguards at the address below.
The site uses cookies that are strictly necessary to operate: session handling, cart contents, payment security. These cannot be disabled without breaking the site. Any analytics or advertising cookie requires your prior consent and can be refused with no effect on your browsing.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise them, write to contact@purepeptide.care. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
The site is served over HTTPS and access to data is restricted to those who need it. Despite these measures, no transmission over the internet is infallible: we encourage you to use a unique password for your account.
