These terms and conditions govern the sale of the products offered by PurePeptide on this site. Placing an order means accepting them in full and without reservation.
All products sold on this site are reagents intended for laboratory research only.
They are not intended for human or animal consumption, nor for any food, cosmetic, diagnostic or therapeutic use. They are not medicines, food supplements or medical devices, and have received no marketing authorisation as such.
No information published on this site constitutes medical advice, a dosage or an administration recommendation.
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order whose stated or presumed use falls outside that frame.
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD), excluding shipping and excluding any taxes or customs duties payable on import. Payment is made by card through a secure gateway. The order is confirmed once payment is authorised.
We ship to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands and Australia. Heat-sensitive compounds ship in insulated packaging.
Stated lead times are indicative. Any customs duties, import taxes and regulatory formalities in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
Check the condition of the parcel on arrival. Any issue (broken vial, broken seal, wrong item) must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photographs.
For safety and analytical integrity reasons, unsealed, opened or reconstituted products cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not issue refunds. Unopened products in their original packaging cannot be returned for change of mind. Where a parcel arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect and the issue is reported within 7 days with photographs, we replace the affected items at our expense.
Responsibility for storage passes to the buyer on delivery. Storage conditions for each compound are stated on its product page. We cannot be held liable for degradation resulting from non-compliant storage.
Our products are supplied for research use, without warranty of fitness for any particular experimental purpose. Our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.
We accept no liability for any use that does not comply with these terms, in particular any administration to a human being or an animal, which is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of New Mexico, United States. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
The site offers an optional loyalty programme with three levels: Free Member (any customer account), VIP and Founder (paid memberships). The benefits and prices of each level are those displayed on the Membership page at the time of purchase; prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes.
VIP and Founder memberships are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider. They renew automatically at the end of each period, on the payment method you provided, until you cancel. By subscribing you authorise these recurring charges. You can cancel at any time from your account: cancellation stops the next renewal, and your benefits and points remain available until the end of the period already paid. Membership fees are not refunded, in whole or in part, for a period that has started. Upgrading from VIP to Founder takes effect immediately at the full Founder price, without pro-rata credit; downgrading from Founder to VIP takes effect at the next renewal date.
If a renewal payment fails, your membership continues for 7 days (168 hours) while we retry and you update your payment method. If the payment is still outstanding at the end of that period, the membership ends and the points still available at that moment become unusable.
Included shipping (Founder) applies to standard delivery to the countries listed in section 5. Early access and priority preparation are commercial benefits subject to stock availability; they do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.
We may modify or end the programme, its levels, prices or benefits with at least 30 days’ notice on this page; changes never affect a period already paid. We may suspend or cancel a membership and its points in the event of fraud, abuse, chargeback or breach of these terms.
We may amend these terms at any time. The version that applies is the one in force on the date of the order.
