Wholesale orders and quotes are governed by our Terms of Sale, including the research-use-only conditions. Placing an order confirms that the products are bought for laboratory research carried out by qualified personnel.
A quote is valid for 14 days and is given in the currency shown on it. Unless stated otherwise, it excludes shipping and any import duties or taxes. The order is confirmed once it has been paid.
You are the importer of record. Import duties, taxes and any permits required in your country are your responsibility, and you must check that the products may be imported and used there.
If you resell, keep the products in their original labeled vials with the research-use-only statement, never market them for human or animal use, and comply with every law that applies to you. You may not present yourself as PurePeptide or as an authorized distributor without our written agreement.
We may decline or cancel any order, for example if there is any sign that the products would not be used for research. Any amount already paid is then refunded in full.
