Our products are sold for laboratory research only. Partners always disclose that they are paid, and never give dosing information, health claims or human-use advice. Breaking these rules ends the partnership.

By applying to the program or sharing a PurePeptide partner code, you accept these terms. They form an agreement between you and PurePeptide, governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Our Terms of Sale apply to every order placed with your code.
You act as an independent contractor. These terms create no employment, agency, franchise or joint-venture relationship, and you may not make commitments or statements on our behalf.
You must be at least 21 years old and able to enter into a contract. We may accept or decline any application without giving a reason. One partner account per person or organization.
Your code is personal and cannot be transferred. Do not publish it on coupon or deal websites, do not bid on “PurePeptide” or our product names in paid search ads, and do not send unsolicited messages. A commission is earned only when a customer enters your code at checkout.
10% of the product amount of each paid order placed with your code, after discounts and points, excluding shipping, taxes and fees, calculated in US dollars at the reference rate of the order. An order is validated 30 days after payment if it has not been refunded, cancelled or disputed. Orders placed by you, your household or for your own benefit earn no commission. If an order is refunded or disputed after its commission was paid, we may deduct that commission from later payouts.
Validated commissions are paid monthly, in US dollars, at the end of the month following the orders, once your balance reaches $50; smaller balances roll over. You are responsible for the taxes due on your commissions. We may ask for tax information (for example a W-9 or W-8BEN form) before paying, and issue tax documents where the law requires it.
Whenever you share your code, clearly disclose that you earn a commission (for example “Ad” or “paid partnership”), as required by the US Federal Trade Commission, the UK Advertising Standards Authority and EU consumer law. Never present our products for human or animal use: no dosing, no protocols on people, no health, medical or performance claims, no before-and-after content, and no claim that a product is approved by any authority.
You may use our name, logo and product images only to promote your code, and must stop on request. You may not register domain names, accounts or handles containing “PurePeptide”.
We never share our customers’ personal data with partners: reports show order counts and amounts only. The information in your application is processed as described in our Privacy Policy, to review it and run the partnership.
Either party may end the partnership at any time by email. We may suspend a code or end the partnership immediately if these terms are breached; commissions linked to fraud or a breach are forfeited. Otherwise, validated commissions earned before the end are paid. We may change these terms or the rates with 30 days’ notice by email.
The program comes with no guarantee of earnings. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the commissions due for the previous three months, and neither party is liable for indirect losses. You are responsible for your own content and agree to cover any claim it causes against us.
