This page explains what happens if something is wrong with an order. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
Orders are not refundable. Because these are research compounds whose analytical integrity depends on an unbroken cold chain and an intact seal, we cannot resell a product that has left our control, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, for ordering the wrong compound or format, or after a parcel has been delivered as described.
For safety and analytical integrity reasons, unsealed, opened or reconstituted products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
If a parcel arrives damaged, incomplete or containing the wrong item, we put it right. Report it within 7 days of delivery to contact@purepeptide.care, with photographs of the parcel, the seal and the affected vials. Once confirmed, we replace the affected items at our expense. Replacement is the remedy we offer; it does not take the form of a refund.
An order that has not yet been handed to the carrier can be cancelled. Write to contact@purepeptide.care as soon as possible with your order number. Once a parcel has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
A parcel refused at delivery, or returned because the address was incomplete or because customs charges were not paid, is not refunded. Reshipment can be arranged at the buyer’s expense.
VIP and Founder membership fees are not refundable once a period has started. Cancelling from your account stops the next renewal; your benefits and points stay available until the end of the paid period. If the same membership is charged twice by mistake, the duplicate subscription is cancelled and refunded automatically. Points are a loyalty credit with no cash value and are never refunded in money; if a product order is refunded or charged back, the points it earned are removed.
